Which countries do you ship to?
Chapter one offers delivery for all orders between 2 to 3 working days. Kindly note that we only deliver in the United Arab Emirates.

What delivery methods are available?
The available delivery methods will be offered to you upon validation of your order. We work with FedEx and DHL depending on the country of delivery.

How do I track my online order?
Once your package has been shipped, a notification email containing a tracking number and carrier information will be sent to you.

RETURN

I would like to return my order. What should I do?

Please not that you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.

When will I receive the refund?
Refund is made using the same payment method as during the order placement, within a maximum period of 30 days after exercising the right of withdrawal subject to the compliance conditions.

How much will my refund be?
We will reimburse you for the full amount paid, including shipping costs. However, please note that the return shipping fees are at your charge
